It's a Wild-Life!

Over the past two Saturdays Mr. Biff and I have gone out and

about thrifting and garage sale-ing.  Amazing finds but even more

amazing is what you might see while you are out.

Often you have to look hard to see who's hiding in the photo.....

Can you see me hiding in the grass?  Look closer.....

Here I am...having a little snooze until you came along!

Vancouver Island is a veritable deer sanctuary - they do have some natural

predators - cougars and wolves but none in town (thank goodness!)

Can you see the little bird (a sparrow) against the rocks in the background?

She lit on the branch only for a moment - I wasn't even sure

I got her in the shot!

And this huge pilliated woodpecker was on the pole at the end of our driveway

squawking up a storm!  It was hard to get a pic against the clouds...

And here's the wildest of the wild....Mr. Biff on beautiful Long Beach...
